STEP 1: APPLICATION SUBMISSION

All students interested in participating must complete an application. The application will generate an email confirmation to the applicant when it is submitted. Please make sure that you receive an email confirmation.

STEP 2: INTERVIEW OF APPLICANTS

All applicants will be interviewed by a Collegiate Academy staff member before acceptance.

STEP 3: NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE

Applicants will be notified of acceptance or wait-list status.

STEP 4: INTENT TO ATTEND COLLEGIATE ACADEMY

Accepted students must accept their spot at Collegiate Academy. After the deadline for acceptance has passed, we will begin offering any remaining spots to wait-listed students according to the order of the wait-list. We will continue to fill open spots during the spring and summer so that we begin the year with a full freshman class (125 students).

STEP 5: TCC ENROLLMENT

Collegiate Academy students are also Tarrant County College students. We will work with accepted students to enroll at TCC and register for college courses.

STEP 6: PARENT ORIENTATION

Collegiate Academy will host a parent orientation session for the parents of all incoming students. Attendance to parent orientation is mandatory.

STEP 7: CAMP COLLEGIATE

All incoming freshmen will attend freshman orientation prior to the start of the semester.
